Thyme's 17th-century houses and cottages are spread across a peaceful hamlet connected by gravel pathways. Each botanically themed room is individually decorated with wallpapers and fabrics designed by owner Caryn Hibbert. Guests staying in rooms like 'Carrot' or 'Angelica' receive welcome amenities and Bertioli toiletries from the hotel's sister brand.

Dining

The Ox Barn restaurant serves seasonal menus built around produce from the hotel's kitchen gardens. The Swan, a village pub owned by Thyme, offers an alternative dining setting Wednesday through Sunday. Evening cocktails and light lunches are available in the Baa Bar, named for its sheep-themed décor.

Spa & Wellness

The Meadow Spa at Thyme provides treatments using local ingredients in the Meadow Cottage and the Botanical Bothy. The bothy space was designed in conjunction with the Bertioli breathing and bathing collection. Yoga classes are available, and the outdoor heated swimming pool is open seasonally.
